You have a few options when it comes to dealing with uneven, sunken or rocking factory floor slabs. 1. Do Nothing:
The problem with doing nothing is that the situation will likely get worse the longer you wait. And the longer you wait, the more expensive the eventual repair. 2. Replace The Slab:
Replacing the slab will likely take several days, cause a lot of down time for your business, create a mess, and very often cost more than a simple repair. 3. Stabilize and Lift with Cement Grout:
This procedure (commonly known as “mudjacking”) requires heavy equipment, large drill holes and the use of weighty cement grout (which may sink over time). 4. Stabilize and Lift with Polyurethane Foam
This procedure uses unobtrusive equipment, light (but high-strength) lifting foam, small drill holes and it is the least messy of all your repair options.
